SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates;

  • After placing successful order and payment verification, an order confirmation email is sent within 24 hours.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM, are processed & dispatched within the same business day.

Processing Time:

  • In-stock items: Allow 1-2 business days for processing & dispatching.
  • Pre-order items: Allow 10–15 business days (excluding delivery time) from the order date for production and shipment.
